Shipping policy

At Mehrposh, we strive to deliver your orders in the most efficient and transparent manner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and verification procedures.

1. Order Verification Process

To ensure the security of our shipments and reduce fraudulent orders, we follow a mandatory verification protocol:

  • Confirmation Call/Message: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo a mandatory verification via WhatsApp or Phone Call.
  • Timeline: This process takes place within the first 2 working days (Handling Phase).
  • Non-Response: If our team is unable to reach you within 48 hours via the provided contact number, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2. Partial Advance Payment Requirement

To secure high-value and bulk shipments, Mehrposh requires a partial advance payment in the following cases:

  • High-Value Orders: Orders with a total value of Rs. 20,000 or more.
  • Bulk Orders: Orders containing 4 or more items.
  • Payment Amount: A non-refundable security deposit of Rs. 500 is required.
  • Processing: The remaining balance will be collected as Cash on Delivery. Your order will only move to the shipping stage once the Rs. 500 payment has been verified.

3. Shipping Timelines

Once your order is verified and cleared from our warehouse:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 working days (for quality check and packaging).
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days nationwide.
  • Peak Seasons: During sale events or public holidays, delivery may take up to 10 working days. We appreciate your patience during these high-volume periods.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location.
  • Note: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in the event of a return claim (Store Credit).

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the respective courier partner’s website Postex Tracking to monitor your delivery status.

6. Refusal of Delivery

  • If a verified COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, Mehrposh reserves the right to blacklist the customer’s address and phone number for future Cash on Delivery services.
  • In the case of refusal, the Rs. 500 advance payment (if applicable) will be forfeited to cover the two-way shipping costs incurred by the brand.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and includes a nearby landmark. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
