Return and Refund Policy

At Mehrposh.pk, we strive to deliver excellence in every stitch. To maintain our commitment to quality and hygiene, we enforce a highly specific Return Policy. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. The "No Return" Standard

  • All Sales are Final: We follow a No Return and No Refund policy. Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances including, but not limited to:
    • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or prefer a different design.
    • Size Errors: If the size ordered does not fit (Please consult our Size Guide carefully before purchasing).
    • Aesthetic Variations: Minor variations in color or embroidery detail due to professional studio lighting or screen resolutions.
  • Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased during any promotional event, clearance sale, or using a discount code are strictly ineligible for any return, refund, or claim.

2. Eligibility for Claims (Manufacturing Defects)

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is the delivery of a Manufacturing Defect (e.g., damaged fabric, missing components) or the delivery of a Wrong Item.

  • Reporting Deadline: Any claim for a defective or incorrect item must be filed within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the parcel. Claims reported after this window will be automatically disqualified.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a claim, the article must be:
    1. Unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.
    2. Equipped with all original Mehrposh tags and labels still attached.
    3. Kept in the original brand packaging.

3. Evidence Requirements (The Unboxing Video)

At Mehrposh, we maintain a strict verification process to prevent fraudulent claims.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To initiate a claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
  • Video Criteria: The video must start by showing the sealed courier bag/box and the shipping label, followed by the opening of the package and the discovery of the defect.
  • The "Video-Focus" Rule: Please be advised that photographic images will be ignored. We focus exclusively on the unboxing video as primary evidence. Claims without a valid video will not be processed.

4. Resolution & Non-Refundable Items

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Replacement: If your claim is validated via the unboxing video, we will provide a Replacement of the same article (subject to stock availability).
  • Store Credit: In extreme cases where a replacement is unavailable or the situation is highly sensitive, we will issue Store Credit via an online coupon code for your next purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued.

5. Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Returns or claims will not be entertained for:

  • Damage caused by home washing, bleaching, or ironing. (We recommend Dry Clean Only).
  • Damage caused during the stitching process by the customer's tailor.
  • Minor loose threads or embellishments (beads/tassels) that may shift during transit.
