Exchange Policy

At Mehrposh, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. Each piece undergoes a rigorous multi-stage Quality Control (QC) check before it is dispatched to ensure it meets our premium standards. To maintain the exclusivity of our designs and the integrity of our inventory, we operate under a strict policy as outlined below:

1. Final Sale Policy (No Return/No Exchange)

Strict No-Exchange: We follow a firm No Return and No Exchange policy. Once an order has been processed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Slight variations in color/shade due to studio lighting.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering).

 Sale & Promotional Items: Any item purchased during a Sale, Clearance, Flash Deal, or using a Discount Code is considered a Final Sale. These items are strictly ineligible for any form of exchange, return, or claim.

2. Claims for Defective or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but in the rare event that you receive a manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole in the fabric, missing embroidery) or the wrong item/size entirely, we are committed to resolving the issue.

Reporting Window: Any claim must be reported to our Customer Support team via WhatsApp at [+92 336 9922455] or Email at info.mehrposh@gmail.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date. Any claims made after this window will not be entertained.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Primary Evidence): To ensure a fair and transparent resolution, we strongly emphasize and require a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video.

  • The video must start from the sealed parcel, showing the shipping label clearly.
  • The video must clearly demonstrate the defect or the incorrect item received.
  • Note: Please be advised that images alone will be ignored/considered insufficient for validating a claim. The unboxing video is the primary focus of our investigation.

Condition of Product: For a claim to be accepted, the article must be:

  1. Unworn and unwashed.
  2. In its original condition with all Mehrposh tags and labels intact.
  3. In the original brand packaging.

3. Resolution Process

Once your claim and unboxing video are verified by our Quality Assurance team:

Replacement: We will prioritize providing a Replacement of the same article (subject to stock availability).

Store Credit: In extreme or sensitive cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will offer Store Credit (via an online voucher) which can be used for your future purchase on our website.

No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances does Mehrposh offer cash refunds.

4. Exclusions from Claims

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange/claims:

Minor Color Differences: Colors may appear different depending on your screen resolution and the professional studio lighting used during shoots.

Accessories: Embellishments, tassels, or extra beads used in professional styling may not be included in the retail pack unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Washing/Handling Damage: Mehrposh is not liable for any damage (shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric tear) once the garment has been washed, stitched, or chemically treated. We recommend Dry Clean Only for all formal and embroidered wear.
