Our Commitment to Quality:

We meticulously inspect each garment before it is dispatched to ensure it meets our high standards. In the rare instance that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement, subject to availability.

Conditions for Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect:

  • You must notify us of the defect within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The garment must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive the item and verify the defect, we will process your exchange request to ensure you receive a satisfactory replacement.

Exchange Process for Manufacturing Defects:

  • Upon approval, we will arrange for the faulty item to be picked up from your address.
  • The replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense, as we are committed to resolving quality issues through exchange.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer you a choice of a similar item of equal value or store credit for a future exchange.

Regarding Size Selection:

Please note that ensuring the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to assist you in making the right choice. We strongly encourage you to consult this chart before placing your order. Therefore, our primary resolution for purchases is through exchange, specifically for manufacturing faults. Size-related issues typically do not qualify for exchange under our standard policy. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for guidance prior to purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances for Size Exchange (If Applicable):

In certain exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of MEHRPOSH, a size exchange might be considered. If such an exchange is approved:

  • You must notify us of the size issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The garment must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of sending the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Important Notes:

  • Please note that minor variations in color or embellishments due to the handcrafted nature of our products are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of our creations.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested replacement item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions, as our focus is on addressing manufacturing faults through exchange.
