Every creation at Mehrposh is a labor of craft, designed to bring a touch of elegance to your wardrobe. To ensure the highest standard of service and transparency, please note the following guidelines for your journey with us.

The Philosophy of Finality

At Mehrposh, each piece is handled with individual care. Because of the bespoke nature of our collections and the precision involved in our designs:

  • A Final Chapter: All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on a change of heart, design preference, or sizing errors.
  • The Perfect Fit: We encourage a careful review of our Size Guide before your purchase, as once a garment finds its home, it remains there.
  • Artistic Nuance: Please embrace the subtle variations in color or embroidery that may occur due to studio lighting or screen settings; these are markers of the unique process.

The Grace Period for Claims

While we strive for perfection, we understand that errors can occur. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not the article you requested:

  • The 72-Hour Window: Any concerns must be voiced within 3 days (72 hours) of your parcel’s arrival. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to entertain claims.
  • The Unboxing Narrative: To protect both the artisan and the collector, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required. This video must begin with the sealed courier bag and shipping label and proceed to the discovery of the defect. Please note: Photographs alone are not accepted as evidence.
  • Pristine Condition: Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and nestled in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Resolutions & Care

Should a claim be validated, our priority is to restore the beauty of your experience:

  • Replacement First: We will endeavor to replace the article with an identical piece. If the design is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued via an online coupon.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased during sales or promotional events are cherished "as-is" and are strictly ineligible for claims or returns.
  • Preservation: To maintain the integrity of our fabrics, we advocate for Dry Clean Only. Mehrposh is not liable for damage once a garment has been washed, stitched, or altered.
