How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after your order is verified. During sale periods, it may take up to 10 working days.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. A continuous, unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory to process any claim.
Why do I need to pay Rs. 500 in advance?
For orders exceeding Rs. 20,000 or containing 4 or more items, a partial advance payment of Rs. 500 is required to secure the shipment. This amount is deducted from your final bill.

Why is my order still "Pending"?
